The second portrait with glasses, in this case a little more detailed with a transparency 'lens' effect, giving a more three-dimensional feel. The expectant half-smile and slightly under-the-chin angle lend a nice perspective to this one as well.
The stubble is a new feature as well - difficult to express in solid colours, I think I've just about pulled this one off. Almost. The strong yellow colour boosts what would be an otherwise colour-free image.
