For me, the hair is probably the strongest element in this portrait. I like the balance between the darker brown and the striking blonde highlights.
Make-up also plays a prominent role in this portrait- the mascara is quite bold, and matches the base hair colour. The lipstick is quite a strong pink colour too - complementing the weaker pink in the cardigan quite nicely.
