The lighting in this picture is perhaps the most interesting - the face is lit from underneath, giving interesting texture and detail to the cheekbones. The gold effect on the earrings is nice too, and the odd lighting gives the highlights a blocky collage feel. The colours are a little muted - melamine in places - but all in all, it's a nice composition.
